How Shipping Works
Every Grim Grin Co shirt is made to order and printed just for you. When you place an order, it goes directly to our production partner who prints, quality checks, and ships your shirt straight to your door. Because each item is made on demand, please allow production time before your order ships.
Your total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time. Both are outlined below.
Production Time
Before your order ships, it goes through printing and quality control. Standard production takes 2–5 business days from the time your order is placed. Most orders are fulfilled within 2–3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the facility.

We ship to all 50 US states. Delivery times below are estimates from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind every shirt we send. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.
🔍 My package is marked delivered but I didn't receive it
Wait 24 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered early. If it still hasn't arrived, check with neighbors and your local post office. If still missing, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate and reship if necessary.
📦 My order arrived damaged or with a print defect
Take a clear photo of the damage or defect and email us at grimgrinco@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
👕 I received the wrong item
That's on us. Email us with your order number and a photo of what you received, and we'll ship the correct item to you immediately, free of charge.
📍 I entered the wrong shipping address
Contact us immediately at grimgrinco@gmail.com We can update your address if your order hasn't entered production yet. Once production begins, we cannot guarantee changes can be made. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are unable to offer a free replacement.
Holiday Shipping
Holiday seasons — especially November and December — see significantly higher order volumes across all print-on-demand providers. Production and shipping times can be longer than usual during these periods.
We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks before any holiday to ensure delivery in time. We'll post updated holiday order deadlines on our website and social media as key dates approach.
Shipping FAQ
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders of $35 or more ship free within the United States. No code needed, it applies automatically at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We can sometimes modify or cancel orders before they enter production. Contact us at hello@grimgrinco.com as quickly as possible. Once production has started, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via USPS for standard shipping within the United States.
Will my items come in one package?
If you order multiple items, they will typically arrive together. In rare cases, items may ship separately from different fulfillment locations, and you'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Why does it take a few days before my order ships?
Every Grim Grin Co shirt is printed specifically for your order — we don't hold pre-made inventory. This means each shirt goes through printing and quality control before it ships. It's what keeps our quality high and our prices fair.
